Responsibilities

  • Supporting the divisional manager with administrative tasks
  • Managing the daily tracker of works and diary
  • Coordinating with contract and site management teams
  • Preparing and sending invoices and managing accounts
  • Ordering materials and managing inventory

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and manage workload independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance and a pension scheme.
