Our client a leading company within the Removals & Relocation Industry is currently looking for a Relocation Coordinator to join their busy team.

**The role will include**:

- Main point of contact for customer journey
- Liaising effectively with our Customers, Operations, Partners and Suppliers for the movement of items within the UK and Overseas
- Ability to handle customer complaints as/ when arise
- Concentrating on the International aspects: Import / Export / European - may also include UK movements
- Following up enquiries in a timely fashion professionally
- Managing insurance forms, customs clearances and international boarder control
- Booking additional services - calculating and preparing quotes when required
- Assist with training Relocation Administers in the progression to Relocation Coordinators
- Raise POs, invoice and collect payment with no outstanding debtors
- Full time 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday (times to be discussed at interview)
