Position: RELOCATION / MOVE COORDINATOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic Relocation / Move Coordinator to join the International Team based in Brandon, Suffolk. Responsible for the coordination and management of import shipments by air and sea.

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Concentrating on the International aspects: Import / Export / European movements (but may also include UK movements too)
- Interacting and communicating effectively with our Customers, Operations, Partners and Suppliers for the movement of items within the UK and Overseas
- Professionally following up customer enquiries timely
- Dealing with customs clearances, insurance forms and international boarder control
- Booking additional services when required
- Invoicing for works and liaising with accounts accordingly

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service and organisational skills - **Essential**:

- Strong Administration experience: data entry, problem solving & attention to detail - **Essential**:

- Previous import & export experience - **Desirable**:

- Multilingual - **Desirable**:

- Previous Removals/ Relocation industry experience - **Desirable**:

- Previous international operations experience - **Desirable**:

- Previous Logistics sector experience industry experience - **Desirable**:

- Full UK drivers’ licence (due to location)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
