About the Role

Marie Curie Caring Services is committed to transforming end-of-life care in the UK. As a Palliative Care Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of palliative care through education and support.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver evidence-based education and training programs for clinical staff across Marie Curie Scotland.
  2. Provide in-person facilitation across Scotland and virtual training via Microsoft Teams.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement education initiatives that drive quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Clinical experience in palliative care or a related field.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
