Project Manager Required
An experienced project manager is needed for a major residential development project in the Epsom area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Main Duties:
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver the project on time and within budget
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure seamless project progression
- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary Details: £70,000 + package.
