Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Process Operator to join our team. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control the production process, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
  • Measure and record chemical levels, temperatures, and other relevant data.
  • Adjust and calibrate equipment as necessary to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to, and report any incidents or near-misses to management.

Requirements:

  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Understanding of health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
