About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Financial Controller to join our Major Structures Central team at Balfour Beatty VINCI. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, HS2, and contribute to the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing financial documents, including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts.
  • Support the Commercial team in completing monthly reconciliations of subcontractor payments and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Carry out administrative processes related to financial control, reporting, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports, including cash flow forecasts and project performance reviews.
  • Monitor and control project financial transactions and records.

  • Experience in financial operations and control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
