About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Audit team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit work that meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit work
  • Develop and implement audit strategies to meet client needs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
  • Recruit, retain, and develop audit staff
  • Act as an ambassador for the firm and participate in office marketing events
Requirements
  • ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
  • Experience of systems/controls testing and substantive auditing
  • Project Management experience
