About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team at BDO UK. As a Director of Quality Management, you will be responsible for leading our quality management initiatives and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with our quality management objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues on quality management best practices
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to quality management challenges
  • Professional qualification in accountancy or a related field (e.g. ACA, CFA)
