About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality Management to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of engagements and ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Support the Partner with project work and build excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Initiate and deliver marketing and business development projects to drive growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the senior members of the Regional Valuation Team to develop the business and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Excellent academic background, including a professional qualification in accountancy or a related financial discipline.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
  • Proficiency in a number of valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options and other derivatives pricing, intangible asset valuation techniques.
  • Effective communication, business writing, analytical and Excel modelling skills.
