About the Role

Corgan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Design Leader to join its global team. As a key member of the Corgan - ECHO team, you will be responsible for leading and managing regional teams, supporting projects, and developing sustainable design strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage regional teams to deliver high-quality sustainable design projects
  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies for various project types, including aviation, data centers, education, and interiors
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet energy efficiency and sustainability goals
  • Manage project workflows, staffing, and administrative tasks
  • Develop and track project sustainable design goals, energy performance metrics, and overall integration of sustainable design principles
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science, Planning, Urban Design, or a closely related field
  • Master's degree in a similar field is preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with a consistent track record
  • Experience in building design or engineering, including identification, analysis, and selection of integrated strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of specific building or campus scale sustainability topics, such as indoor environments, healthy materials, embodied energy, energy analytics, etc.
  • Experience with building environmental analysis tools, such as Pollination, Solemma, Autodesk Insight, Energy Plus, Tally, or others
  • Sustainability assessment of projects in the built environment using frameworks such as LEED, WELL, ENVISION, and/or other GBCI rating systems
  • Cost and benefit analysis over a project life cycle to support decision-making
  • Sustainability codes and standards development and implementation
  • Integrated systems design, including energy, transportation, water, waste, and materials
  • Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and interdisciplinary team management
  • Proposal development and management
