Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a regional team within our global organization, focusing on sustainable design across various large-scale projects.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, workflows, and support design teams on sustainability-related topics.
  • Sustainability Frameworks: Design and assess sustainability frameworks, conduct environmental and energy analyses, develop health and well-being strategies, and manage third-party certifications and GHG emission analysis.
  • Climate Impact Mitigation: Work on projects aimed at developing strategies for climate impact mitigation and resilience, coordinating sustainability assessments, and benchmarking building projects to ensure they meet high sustainability standards.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable design goals and maximize energy efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
  • Education: Holding a relevant degree in architecture with a focus on environmental design, building services/engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Accreditation: Accredited within energy assessment or experience using energy modelling software such as SAP, SBEM, IES, and a M.Sc. would be highly desirable.
  • Experience: Experience within embodied carbon and lifecycle assessments, strong understanding of BREEAM and LEED, and experience in OneClick LCA, Energy Strategies, Daylight & Sunlight consultancy, and sustainability rating systems is ideal.
  • Skills: Desire to realize net zero carbon targets across the studio, passion for analyzing data research, and assisting design solutions, open communication skills, and experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and interdisciplinary team management.
