Product Manager for CX Transformation

Salt is excited to partner with a well-known asset management business on a digital transformation project that will revolutionize how they serve their customers and colleagues.
As the Product Manager for CX, you'll work on their core experience across account, portal, content, and app, spanning investment and wealth management products. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional squad to tackle challenges across consumer-facing products, acting as a full-stack PM across execution and strategy.
You'll partner closely with your design counterpart to ensure UX and UI challenges are met, and service elements of products are considered in the discovery phase.
Alongside day-to-day PM responsibilities, you'll help drive new ways of working and problem-solving, introducing product practice and frameworks to optimize team performance and focus.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Product in driving this transformation, setting up the business and team for continued commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:- Experience working on regulated products with a good foundational understanding of investments, ISAs, pensions, and general investments.
- Good understanding of compliance and risk.
- Driving organizational change and transformation with a focus on digital.
- Strong experience working in agile squads, working in sprints, and with cross-functional teams with a keen eye for UX and a passion for working with designers.
The role reports into the Head of Product and requires 2 days per week in their central London office.
