About the Role

Salt is excited to partner with a well-established asset management business on a groundbreaking digital transformation project. As the Product Manager for CX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core experience across account, portal, content, and app, spanning various investment and wealth management products.

You will work closely within a cross-functional squad, tackling the biggest UX challenges and collaborating with designers to ensure seamless UX and UI experiences. Your expertise in regulated products, including investments, ISAs, pensions, and general investments, will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of product practice and frameworks to optimize team performance and focus.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to drive transformation and set up the business for continued commercial success.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure UX and UI challenges are met and service elements are considered in the discovery phase.
  • Support the Head of Product in driving organizational change and transformation with a focus on digital.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working in agile squads, with a keen eye for UX and a passion for working with designers.
