  • Greet and guide customers to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Upsell additional products when appropriate, enhancing the customer's experience.
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips, and memorization.
  • Check customers' IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • Serve food and drinks orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver and collect bill payments, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu, and service specifications for reservations.
  • Follow all relevant health department regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
