Waiter/Waitress - In Room Dining

Do you have a passion for fine food and wine? Are you ready to enter a new role in five-star luxury service? Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as a Team Member in our In Room Dining department.

As a team member, you will join our team of outstanding in-house team to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel and ensure our guests have a luxury dining experience from the comfort of their bedroom. You will be assisting the assistant manager and supervisors in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressure dining environment. You will be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discrete, sensitive standards of service.

Your ability to work in a timely manner, efficient manner, learn quickly and enthusiastically, and adhere to our exceptional standards will define your success in the role. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us and, ultimately, your insight, commitment, and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.

The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh's most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins.
