Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Red Carnation Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be knowledgeable about all menus and products, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Clean and set up tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food service areas.
  • Assist with restaurant operations, including handling in-house telephone calls and messages, and taking reservations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and other beverages is an asset.
