Job Title: Senior Audience Executive

Publicis Imagine is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audience Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Job Summary

The Senior Audience Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing audience data across various platforms, including Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads. This role requires a strong understanding of advertising technologies and marketing strategies, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and cultivate 1st and 2nd party audience inventories, ensuring their optimal usage in online media campaigns.
  • Plan, propose, create, and provision bespoke audiences to internal and external customers, supporting their online campaigns and analysis efforts.
  • Onboard PI markets through training and ongoing support, publishing audience catalogues and operational updates on a quarterly basis.
  • Monitor opportunities to capture new audiences, formulating innovative audiences worthy of experimentation.
  • Uphold The Walt Disney Company's data governance policies and procedures in capturing, organizing, and provisioning audiences.
  • Document performance through case studies, focusing on individual or collective performances of Disney's 1st and 2nd party audiences against open market 3rd party audiences.
Requirements
  • Experience in programmatic activation, paid search, DMP or CDP operations, website or app analytics, and site tag management and deployment.
  • Practical operation and implementation of advertising technologies or marketing technologies in a previous role.
  • Ability to manage and fine-tune work processes between a regional hub and a network of markets.
  • Engaging personality with relationship-building skills for senior and/or executive level client contacts.
  • Self-motivated and confident in delivering work to different stakeholders.
