Data Management Coordinator

Our company is a national insurance organisation experiencing significant growth, and we require a skilled Data Management Coordinator to join our team in Leicester.

The Role:
  1. Assist with all client administration tasks, ensuring efficient data management.
  2. Communicate with customers via email and live chat, responding promptly and professionally.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions on our CRM system.
  4. Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of previous customer service/administrative experience is required.
  • Precision in managing data and documentation is crucial.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable.

Annual Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
