Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Centre Operations Assistant to support our General Manager in delivering operational excellence and providing world-class customer experience. This role involves:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Delivering outstanding service experience to all stakeholders
    • Building relationships with customers through regular communication
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Supporting the General Manager in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Health & Safety:
    • Ensuring compliance with NewFlex's health and safety policy and processes
  • Compliance:
    • Ensuring the centre operates in line with company policies, procedures, and processes
Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with the General Manager to achieve operational excellence and delivering world-class customer experience. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills. A minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent) is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
