As our next Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.
- Running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
- Managing and training the team to ensure the quality and consistency of our cuisine.
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
- Performing other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
