About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-respected Primary School in Towcester, Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to students as needed
Requirements
  • Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a UK Primary/Secondary School, or a CACHE Level 2 qualification or a recent graduate with a passion for education
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages
  • Understanding of SEN and a desire to work with Special Needs pupils
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 3:30pm
