Job Responsibilities

  • Servicing Stakeholders: You will negotiate external contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with local healthcare providers, working closely with clinical pharmacy services.">
  • Service Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, streamline processes, and enhance patient care.">
  • Team Management: Line manage members of the Medicines Management team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their professional growth and development.">
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for the Medicines Management service, ensuring effective use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings.">
