Nursing Expertise in Pharmacy Services
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to develop and improve services within our dispensary, ensuring all legalities are met, while working alongside management to support clinical needs.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for teaching and developing other staff members, including pharmacists, pre-registration pharmacists, and the wider pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Development and Support: Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Service Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve services within the dispensaries, meeting the varied specialist service needs.

Essential Requirements:
- A Masters Degree in Pharmacy or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Sound knowledge of a surgical or medical specialty acquired through work experience.
- Experience at post-registration level, including dispensary and clinical pharmacy services.
- Strong exposure to clinical pharmacy and experience in pharmaceutical intervention at both dispensary and ward level.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent experience.
- All-round hospital experience as a Band 6, such as medicines information and/or aseptic services.
- Microsoft Office skills.
Working Arrangements:
This role is primarily based at our RSH site and involves supporting our SGH Inpatient pharmacy. The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays (usually no more than 1:6) to establish a 7-day working week.
Salary:
$65,000 - $80,000 per annum
