We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Pick for Britain. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Lead and supervise your shift with confidence and expertise
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure seamless communication and care delivery
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with care assistants to provide support and guidance
  • Participate in service development initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

About You:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others with a strong understanding of care planning processes
