Job Title: Graduate Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. In this exciting role, you will support the launch of a new product line across Europe, generating leads and developing relationships with high-profile customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Manager in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the new product line.
  • Identify potential markets, customers, and distribution channels within the industrial/manufacturing sector, generating high-quality leads.
  • Produce and analyze data to support the Business Development Manager in commercial negotiations and to enable accurate sales forecasts.
  • Assume ownership of all Sales Support/Administration tasks for the product line, including pricing, stock levels, delivery requirements, and order placement.
  • Undertake European business travel as required by the role.

Requirements:

  • Passion, drive, and ambition to forge a successful career in B2B Sales.
  • Willingness to develop strong product knowledge (full training provided).
  • Previous sales support, sales administration, or business development experience.
  • Honed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good analytical and MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to take the initiative and work independently in an autonomous role.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to undertake business travel.
