We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Cast UK Limited. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the launch of a new product across Europe, generating leads and developing relationships with high-profile customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development Manager in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the new product line across Europe.
- Identify potential markets, customers, and distribution channels within the industrial/manufacturing sector, generating high-quality leads.
- Produce and analyze data to support the Business Development Manager in commercial negotiations and to enable accurate sales forecasts.
- Assume ownership of all Sales Support/Administration tasks for this product line (e.g., pricing, stock levels, delivery requirements, order placement, etc.).
- Undertake European business travel as required by the role (on average, likely to be 1 week every 2 months).
Requirements
- Possession of passion, drive, and ambition to forge a successful career in B2B Sales.
- Willingness to develop strong product knowledge (full training provided).
- Previous sales support, sales administration, or business development experience.
- Honed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good analytical and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently in an autonomous role.
- Full UK driving license and ability to undertake business travel.
