About the Job

In this role, you will support the catering function, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality in food preparation. You will contribute to a dynamic team, responding to work instructions, and advising on supplies and quality of items used.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all food preparations meet the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Assisting with team working and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and their visitors.

This role requires a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, knowledge of Health and Safety, and ability to respond to demanding workloads. A competitive salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
