About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and performance of our division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to operational directors, project managers, and business support staff on financial systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA finance professional with strong commercial drive and several years of progressive financial experience.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
