Lincoln Crematorium is seeking a manager to lead our team of seven staff members.

As Bereavement Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the crematorium, including funeral arrangements and other related services.

You will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leadership principles and be able to motivate and inspire their team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £52,000 and £62,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
