Job Description:

Senior Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success at TalentPredix by:

  • Building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Delivering impactful assessment and talent management projects that meet client needs.
  • Supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of assessment projects.
  • Overseeing small client projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assessment delivery, interpretation, and research.
  • Client consulting and coaching.
  • Business development and account management.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational psychology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in coaching, psychometric testing, or assessment advantageous.
  • Experience in HR, talent management, consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and influencing skills.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per year
