About the Role

Antony James Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Aerospace Sales Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by maintaining strong relationships with our customer base and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce a monthly report demonstrating the previous month's results and predicted sales for the following month.
  2. Forecast sales performance accurately and effectively.
  3. Submit accurate trip reports and update the CRM system before departure.
  4. Manage all expenses and submit expense reports to the Northern Sales Manager.
  5. Resolve any payment-related issues in collaboration with the Credit Control department.
  6. Record customer complaints and forward them to the customer service team for follow-up.
Requirements:
  1. A good level of education and relevant qualifications.
  2. Preferably, previous sales experience in the aerospace industry.
  3. Product sales experience is beneficial.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate persuasively.
  6. Self-motivation and a sense of urgency are essential.
