About the Job

As an Inclusive Education Lead, you will:

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans for pupils with SEND.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to teaching staff on SEND-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to SEND.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in an SEND or specialist setting.
  • Has experience leading teams or working in leadership roles.
  • Is passionate about inclusive education and has expertise in SEND.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills.
