Job Title: Childcare Support Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Support Worker to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Childcare Support Worker, you will assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and ensure the well-being of each child.
- Work well and build good relationships with parents and other members of the team.
- Support children in daily routines, including meal and nap times.
Requirements:
- Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a passion for working with children.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and early years best practices.
