Childcare Assistant Role

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Assistant to join our clients team in Oxfordshire.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00

Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Provide high-quality care and ensure the well-being of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
