About the Role

As an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our busy post production studio. This is a part-time opportunity that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment.
  2. Manage corporate credit card statements and staff expenses.
  3. Perform regular purchase ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Handle multi-currency bank reconciliations (GBP, EURO, USD).
  5. Provide ad hoc support during quarter and year-end.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Sage 50 accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum based on national averages.
