Part-Time Financial Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function of DCRE Asset Management Ltd. and its connected Charitable Foundation.
The ideal candidate will have property accounting experience and be an organized, systematic person with excellent attention to detail and ability to work on their own initiative.
- Preparation of Year End Accounts, Management Accounts and Monthly Financial reports, general bookkeeping and accounts management for the various investments and entities.
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, including developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, as well as monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
This is a part-time role of a minimum 24 hours, to be worked across the working week, and a salary in the range of £39,246 - £49,136 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's financial systems and processes, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in financial management or related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
