Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Modulex UK Limited, a global leader in wayfinding and architectural signage solutions. As a Sales Director, you will focus on driving sales growth and fostering enduring client relationships within the architecture, design, or construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Modulex wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic design solutions to clients in the target sectors.
  • Find and pursue new business opportunities within the target verticals using industry knowledge and experience backed by online tools and directories.
  • Develop and support strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Market Expertise and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to find and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company goals.
  • Contribute to the development and negotiation of pricing strategies and contracts.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the architecture, signage, or built environment sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
