Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Modulex UK Limited, a global leader in wayfinding and architectural signage solutions. As a Sales Director, you will focus on driving sales growth and fostering enduring client relationships within the architecture, design, or construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Modulex wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic design solutions to clients in the target sectors.
- Find and pursue new business opportunities within the target verticals using industry knowledge and experience backed by online tools and directories.
- Develop and support strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Market Expertise and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to find and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands and company goals.
- Contribute to the development and negotiation of pricing strategies and contracts.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the architecture, signage, or built environment sectors.
- In-depth understanding of wayfinding, signage, and environmental graphic design solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
