About the Role

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This involves supervising and motivating a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also provide support to the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care and support that meets their unique needs.

We're looking for someone who is warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care. If you have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Opportunity

This is a Bank position, which means you'll work on an ad-hoc basis to provide cover for annual leave, sick leave, and other absences. As a result, your hours and days will vary.
