Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join our global team in London. As a key member of our Commercial, Planning and Analytics team, you will play a critical role in executing our product strategy into retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performance team of Sales Operations Managers, managing various countries to ensure all internal KPIs are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan promotions based on inventory availability and seasonality.
  • Represent the operations team as Oracle ERP business lead, driving post-hypercare support and continuous system enhancement.
  • Lead special/ad-hoc projects and reporting to support overall EMEA growth and business optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in retail, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
