About the Role

The post holder will be dedicated to the effective management and collection of residential estate invoices, currently valued at a significant annual amount. Key operational liaisons will be required with the central finance team at Queen Mary University of London.

About You

Experience working within a Higher Education finance environment, preferably with knowledge of financial systems and software. Qualifications should include a degree with relevant financial or accounting experience, and key skills such as financial planning, attention to detail, and complaint resolution.

About the Section and Directorate

The post holder will be required to support the Head of Housing Services and Residences Finance Officer in delivering an excellent customer-focused service, providing financial guidance and funding options to students of Queen Mary University of London.
