About You
We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit control and debt collection. A degree in a relevant field and experience working within a Higher Education finance environment are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
About the Section and Directorate
The post holder will be required to support the Head of Housing Services and Residences Finance Officer in delivering an excellent customer-focused service, providing residential fee advice and payment plan arrangements, financial guidance, and funding options available to students of Queen Mary.
