Residence Credit Controller

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control function for the Queen Mary residential estate, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and debt collection. This role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the central credit control team and other stakeholders.
About You
We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit control, preferably within a higher education environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and relevant accounting or financial experience. Key skills include attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills.
About the Section and Directorate
The post holder will support the Head of Housing Services and Residences Finance Officer in delivering an excellent customer-focused service, providing financial guidance and advice to students, including signposting to student support services.
