Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent for our clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our recruitment campaigns.
- Recruitment Administration: Provide administrative support to our recruitment team, including drafting adverts, managing candidate registrations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring excellent communication throughout the recruitment process, and providing a positive experience for our clients.
- Client Management: Liaise with clients to understand their specific requirements, and ensure that our recruitment campaigns meet their needs.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our recruitment services and attract top talent.
Requirements:
