About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.

You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring that each student receives the necessary assistance to access and engage with the curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of IEPs and behaviour management strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Adapting lesson plans and resources to enable SEN students to fully participate in lessons.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording student progress, providing valuable feedback to inform ongoing learning journeys.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine passion for working with children with SEN and a commitment to their educational and personal development.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly in an educational or SEN setting.
