Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Communications EMEA

12-month Fixed-Term Contract

London (Battersea) / Hybrid

The Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Communications plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the integrated marketing communications strategy for Shark and Ninja across EMEA. This position oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing communication plans that effectively reach and engage our target audiences at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and continually refine an integrated marketing communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing leadership team and other stakeholders to set clear goals and KPIs for marketing communication initiatives.
  • Set the IMC direction for the Regional Hub and work with the Country teams to translate this plan that can be executed using the specialist teams in the regional hub.
Brand Management:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials.
  • Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence to them across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead the regional development of integrated marketing campaigns that encompass various communication channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and public relations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Content Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that provides engaging and informative content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and audience needs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts.
  • Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with 10 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Proven expertise in creating and implementing integrated marketing communication strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, content management systems, and analytics tools.
