We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our Sales Team in Bidford-on-Avon. As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the accounts of wholesalers in over 50 countries worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career within sales, covering all aspects of relationship building, generating new sales opportunities, and travel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and develop customer base by providing excellent service and building rapport
* Generate new opportunities through client visits, attending trade exhibitions, and network events
* Process orders efficiently, keeping customers up to date with ETA's
* Gain excellent industry knowledge and customer base knowledge
* No cold calling required; more business can be generated through existing base/dormant customers
* Communicate well in both written and verbal form
* Be confident with visiting clients and presenting products

Requirements:

* Technical sales experience required
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office
* Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and be proactive
* Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
