About the Role

Baltic Apprenticeships is excited to partner with Server Factory, a leading provider of cutting-edge server solutions, to offer an IT Support Apprenticeship opportunity.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Support Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will work closely with our integration team to build, test, and manage client orders. You will be responsible for working with hardware, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build systems to client specifications
  • Test and validate systems to ensure they are in working order
  • Install and set up operating systems as required
  • Update hardware to the latest firmware revisions
  • Configure system settings according to client instructions
  • Provide telephone and email support to customers
  • Offer on-site support, including installation and troubleshooting of systems

Requirements
  • General interest in the IT sector
  • At least some experience of IT, whether professional or hobby-based
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fast learning ability and time management
  • Grade 5/C in English or 4/C in Math's GCSE
About Your Training

This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to succeed in the exciting and fast-moving IT industry. You will work towards your Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
