Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Team Member to join our team at Lympstone Manor. As a key member of our front office, reservations, and housekeeping teams, you will be responsible for facilitating communication, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication between the front office, reservations, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Clean and maintain all bedrooms and public areas to the highest standard, adhering to company procedures.
  • Store linen correctly and manage deliveries according to established protocols.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
  • Process housekeeping orders and delivery notes accurately and efficiently.

  • Exhibit a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Show enthusiasm for teamwork while also working independently when necessary.
  • Be punctual and presented to a high standard.

Estimated Salary:
