About the Role

As a Festive Seasonal Team Member at Tesco, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the busy festive period. You will be responsible for providing support in our Exmouth Superstore, ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and leave with a smile.

With a starting rate of £12 per hour, plus an additional £2.30 night premium for hours worked between midnight and 6am, this is an excellent opportunity to earn a good income while enjoying the festive atmosphere.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, helping to achieve sales targets and delivering on our company's purpose of serving customers, communities, and the planet a little better every day.

  • Assist in creating a welcoming store environment for customers, showcasing our products and services in an appealing way.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency.
